Our Staff
Our main office is located in New York City. From our main office, we are able to handle all of the order processing, marketing, finance and administration functions of the company. All our other locations are managed by experienced resident Housing Managers. These Housing Managers live in locations where we offer accommodations, and their duties include: selecting new accommodations, placing our guests in the required and suitable accommodations, and providing 24-hour support to our guests during the time they spend with us.
We are proud of the fact that all the members of our staff are multi-lingual and multicultural. Sara was born in New York and Bernard is French. They both speak several languages fluently and have lived abroad and traveled extensively throughout the world for many years. This is very helpful with foreign guests as we quickly develop a good rapport with them.
