Manhattan :- This geographical location includes Manhattan and Roosevelt Island. Below (South of) 115th Street is considered to be a more central location. Standard :- Private furnished bedroom in a home of a family or individual where the guest shares all facilities with the occupant(s). Executive :- Private furnished bedroom in a home which includes one or more of the following amenities: doorman, elevator, full time superintendent, tastefully furnished and decorated, private bathroom, central neighborhood. Guest will be sharing most facilities with the permanent occupant(s). Single :- Guest is the ONLY person in the private bedroom. Breakfast :- A self-served morning meal (coffee, tea or milk; bread or toast; jam, cream cheese, butter) made available daily for the guest. Week :- A week is considered to be 7 nights.
