The city of London is split into six (approximately concentric) zones for the purpose of determining the cost of an Underground or Tube (subway) fare. Zone 1 is the most central and includes such tourist areas as the West End, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Standard:
Private furnished bedroom in a home of a family or individual where the guest shares all facilities with the occupant(s).
Superior:
Private furnished bedroom in a home which includes one or more of the following amenities: tastefully furnished and decorated, upscale neighborhood, quick and easy access to Boston Proper. Guest will be sharing facilities with the permanent occupant(s).
Single:
Guest is the ONLY person in the bedroom.
Double:
Two guests sharing a bedroom. Only available to two guests that know each other and are travelling together. The price listed is per person and only applies during the dates that two guests occupy the bedroom. If one guest leaves, then single rates will apply to the remaining guest.
Breakfast:
A self-served morning meal (coffee, tea or milk; bread or toast; jam, cream cheese, butter) daily for the guest.
Dinner:
A prepared evening meal that is served at a time that is mutually convenient for the Guest and the Host. The Guest will also be allotted a space in the refrigerator and will be allowed to do light meal preparation in the kitchen such as making a salad or a sandwich. All other use of the kitchen must be discussed and arranged with the Host.

A week is considered to be 7 nights.
